Face to Face Personal Training

Below are the three options for face to face personal training. so whether it's 1-2-1 or small group personal training you can see the best options for you. Please note all face to face sessions happen at Selected Fitness Northampton.

Traditional Personal Training

The traditional method of personal training is the most common. We can set up to see each other 4, 8 or 12 times in a month and we will outline your goals, test on a frequent basis and ensure you have all the tools and support I can offer to help you attain your goals. I will also write you an additional session each week for you to complete yourself to help create interdependence. Prices start from £40 per session and is available 1-2-1 or in a small group.
