Below are some basic templates to be filled out for you to help structure your own training, read the descriptions and download whichever you think would be best for you!

Basic

The basic programming features an area for you to pre set your exercises, sets, reps and recovery as well as continuing to write down your own weights, warm up, cool down and a section to leave your own notes on how the session went.

Containing everything the basic program has but adds more too it. With sections for Training systems, tempo and reps in reserve. Allowing for a more complete overview of your session plans and the direction your training is taking you.
